The Torpedo Factory Art Center on the waterfront in Old Alexandria, VA, was once a building where torpedoes and other weapons were manufactured but is now a center for art galleries and art studios, the Alexandria Archaeology Museum, and the Art League School.
To celebrate FotoWeekDC, an exhibition called Fotographers at the Factory begins November 1, 2013.
